Exterior installations are very delicate because extreme outdoor conditions don’t allow for mistakes. The concrete, has to be properly cured, and prepared. The workplace needs to be protected from direct sun heat and rain and the installation requires the use of specialized mortars and grouts to prevent efflorescence and bond failure. All our outdoor installations projects start by the preparation of the concrete floors, the correction of drainage slopes, and the installation of drainage, waterproofing and uncoupling membranes. We also protect the work area from the elements and plan the tile installation by incorporating all required movement joints. This insures a long lasting tile assembly as compare to the traditional installations directly bonded to the concrete without proper preparation or installation system.
